I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I love this brand. The prenatal vitamins are excellent. I used the pregnacare plus as it has the extra omega 3 capsules. After my baby was born I moved on to the breastfeeding vitamins and swapped between those and the new mum ones (these help give you more energy, they're excellent for the early months, especially if you're a first time mum and not used to the sleepless nights).

Ive used these for both my pregnancies and have 2 healthy daughters, not only does it contain the amount of folic acid you need for the first 12 weeks but tonnes of other vitamins to keep you and baby healthy for the duration of the pregnancy.

Very good. Though the breastfeeding time vitamins I had to stop using because My prem baby showed too much calcium in test results. I was not sure if vitamin complex will suit me due to my eczema, but I felt it was perfect and gave me the full vitamin boost necessary throughout from trying for baby, pregnancy and after until I had to stop.
