I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Very large tablets.very hard to swallow as they made me gag I suffered very badly with hyperememsis untill 24 weeks and the a smell and size were hard to swallow. Great value for money and for those who can keep them down i would recommend as they are full of vitamins you need.

I was taking effervescent multi-vitamins before I was pregnant, which contained no artificial sweeteners or fillers. Once I was pregnant I was advised to take these, however they caused me to suffer with horrific migraines! I thought this was the pregnancy, but one day I forgot to take these and my migraine dissipated, therefore I stopped taking them and returned to Bachs B Vits.

These are good in that they contain all that you need in one daily tablet so you only have one thing to remember to take each day! I think they are a little on the expensive side but a trustworthy brand so probably worth the money!

Only used for a short time before given tablets from health visitor but they were good and ensured i got correct vitamins in the early stage of pregnancy
