I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

They supply all the vitamins for you and baby. If your like me and struggle to eat fruit and veg then they are great

These were great, gave me everything I needed and always seemed to be a 3 for 2 offer or buy one get one free offer on them. I needed to take these all the way through my pregnancy so that came in useful.

The downside is the taste! The tablets are quite large which I struggled with but I felt reassured by using a well know brand.

I took these throughout my pregnancy and they helped me a lot , I also used the vitamins during breastfeeding and they really helped me with my energy levels.

I chose these tablets as it is a well know brand and I trusted this company. They also had diffident options which made me feel they know what they are doing. Now I'm om the same brand but New Mum and I still love it.

Very expensive and tablets are quite big hut as they are such a leading brand and my doctor and midwife both recommended them I used them a lot.
