I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I used the pregnacare plus tablets. My hair and nails were fantastic and they helped ease morning sickness symptoms. I did find them quite hard to swallow due to their size and they left an unpleasant aftertaste. Value for money was not great as I found them to be quite expensive however the results I got from taking them outweighed the price. Overall great product

EASIER TO USE PLEASE, SOME SUPPLEMENTS U NEED TO TAKE MORE THAN ONE DIFFERENT PILLS, DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE

used as recommended by GP they are quite expensive though given that the GPS and hospitals want these to be used specifically
