I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I used pregnacare max tablets and found them to be excellent. They had every supplement i needed in 1 place and were easy to swallow. Very good value for money

I used these as soon as I found out as I was pregnant, I was anemic before I was pregnant but these gave me a boost! Until I became very ill, which led me to be on many tablets more so strong iron tablets. They also have follow on tables, which I still continue to take 5 months after birth. Worth the value, more so when you can get 3 for 2. Many people will say your paying for the brand which in a way is true. But my midwife/ health visitor both speak highly of them. Some people say they've been bad whilst others, myself included have been fine taking them. They have everything you need in one tablet instead of taking a few tablets at a time. The only common side affect I had was my wee was a slightly bright colour. But trust me being pregnant you get used to having different things happen to your body. I took them throughout my pregnancy and have a very healthy girl. I'd rather take one tablet then several at a time.

I took the Pregnacare max tablets, with the iron supplement added to the packet. I only have good things to say about this brand, easy to take, worth every penny and ease of mind to know that you're getting the necessary and right amount of nutrients during pregnancy.
