I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Very good multi vitamin. Quite large and hard to swallow - especially as was suffering with extreme morning sickness.

These are extremely benaficial due to them being a multi vitamin meaning you only have to remember to take one tablet a day whilst you have baby brain. Lol

Very expensive but you pay for the brand, this is something you are told to take so how can you say whether you thought it was any good or not when you never needed it before and took it all the way through pregnancy so wouldn't have noticed a change.
