I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Very expensive, but has a lot of research behind it and is recommended by midwives. The breastfeeding one contains the recommended vitamin d for babies and tons more besides. It gives you peace of mind to know you're producing the best quality of milk that you can, even if you already have a varied diet. I also took pregnancy vitamins throughout from the 2nd trimester and felt great - I had lots of energy and my baby developed perfectly.

Great and includes all the vitamins you and baby require throughout pregnancy. A little on the pricey side but good reliable brand.

The tablets worked however I was told by my Midwife that the normal mum to vitamins with folic acid do the same job and cost about 80p

Definitely recommend during pregnancy and afterwards holds all the nutrients needed whilst pregnant and after pregnancy if you choose to breastfeed

Trusted brand, good quality and quite good price. I used the pregnant care + omega 3 in pregnancy and currently I am using the ones for breastfeeding. I am really happy about the choice that I made.
