I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I would really recommend Pregnacare. I used the one with Omega3 that is excellent for eyes and brain development. I just felt so safe taking them. There is a reason why all midwives recommend Pregnacare. It might not be cheap but it protects baby

Excellent product for during and after pregnancy. I found that ordering them off amazon was more cost effective than buying them in store.

Really easy to take, gives a lot of information on the packaging and includes all the required vitamins for baby and you. This product is a bit more expensive but worked really well for me for my vitamin d and iron intake and helped with my fainting.
