I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

They were good but expensive, I wished I'd gone for a cheaper vitamin that does the same

Used these all the way through my pregnancy. Ok but tablets are very large and difficult to take in the early stages with morning sickness when you need vitamins the most. Also quite expensive for what they are.

These were the only pregnancy tablets I took and I stopped after 12 weeks. In all honesty I don't feel like they did anything for me as I already ate a balanced and healthy diet so was getting many of the benefits elsewhere. I didn't like how large the tablets were, I did find them difficult to swallow at times, especially as I felt sick 24/7 in those first 12 weeks. I also didn't like the taste of them which along with the size was the main factor in my not continuing to take them past 12 weeks.
