I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Never take it without enough food in your stomach, you will feel sick almost immediately. It's really big to swallow but very good throughout the pregnancy.

Used these as had the maximum tablets that contained everything I needed , never no side affects and would always buy when was on the 2 for 1 offer as was pricey at

Provides all the vitamins that you require throughtout pregnancy. There are different stages to use which is a big help & are all in 1 so you dont need to be taking ten different tablets a day
