I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Very expensive and not recommended by any midwives i spoke to - better to use the heavily subsidised ones from your local doctors

Overall I can definitely rate the pregnacare tablets but the price is high compared to shops own brand and they have an odd taste and are quite big to try and swallow but having said that I took them my whole pregnancy once I'd finished the high dose folic acid I had to take the first 12 weeks

I used these throughout my pregnancy as advised. I think they did the job, however having not tried other brands I wouldn't know how they compare. I'm sure other brands do exactly the same at a cheaper price.
