I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I liked taking the Pregnacare tablets as I felt they included everything needed by me and my baby. However I did also have to take some iron supplements as my iron level was a little low even whilst taking the Pregnacare tablets.

Pregnant care orginital are easy to swallow tablets. I also used pregnant care with omega and they bit harder to swallow but overall I rate both of them good tablets.

Everything you need in one tablet and a trusted brand. I do think they are expensive though and I'm sure Boots or Superdrug own brand would be exactly the same at a cheaper price
