I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

First trimester it made me sick i think because of the amount of vitmains and the shock to my system once i had stopped taking them i wasn't sick anymore

The vitamin and mineral composition of most of brands is similar but the reason I bought this was because this was more famous and I found this on offer in Asda for 3 for

Very expensive hits for brand. seems to cause a bit of constipation due to iron but do seem to work

I found the Pregnacare tablets left a pungent taste in your mouth from the second you place it on your tongue which made them unbarable when combined with Hyperemis G. Quite Expensive too, but maybe they're tolerable if you don't suffer from Morning Sickness.
