I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I took pregnacare original tablets as they were the most affordable out of the whole brand. I think it helped me feel better and helped my baby develop healthy and normally however I wish I had chosen a more affordable brand because they were still expensive and it's better in the long run in my opinion.

I used Pregnacare in my first pregnancy before switching to a specific set of vitamins from Zita West. Much more expensive than pregnacare but I assumed this meant they were better for me! :O

Free samples were good but found own brand to be much cheaper and have same contents when you check the packaging

These were provided in my maternity pack from the midwife and seemed to make my morning sickness worse. After the 16 week mark though these were fine
