I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

The normal pregnacare pregnancy tablets made me feel ill so switched to the gummies and had no issues therefore used these more majority of my pregnancy.

Tablets are very good containing lots of vitamins to help the baby develop. The only downside is they are quite big (for someone who's pregnant, especially during morning sickness) so I could not always take them. If you accidentally leave it in your mouth too long the taste is horrendous.

A good overall vitamin to use during pregnancy, this brand has a wide range of choice to suit the mother's needs. The only downside is that they are quite expensive compared to other brands.
