I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Started taking these at 12 weeks after taking folic acid for the first trimester. Had terrible side effects. Contractions. Feeling sick. Increased heartburn.

Tastes awful. The taste of these tablets goes away after a little while but the smell stays with you all day

These taste vile and whilst theyre the same size as the asda ones these made me violently sick each time i took them

These did not work well for me at all, everytime i took one of these, it made me voilently sick, i got these free from a pregnancy pack.

My only reason for being so negative about Pregnacare is they made me quite sick. I found they set me off in a rash and made my stomach really sore, they drained me instead of boosted me.

I bled within a day of starting these and was terrified I'd lose my baby. I stopped bleeding when I stopped taking them. I can't say for sure they were cause but I wouldn't recommend on this basis.

they made me feel sick and upset my stomach. i never had any sickness from my pregnancy but they didnt agree with my system

I had to stop using immediately due to tablets causing migraines personally would not recommend
