Strong- little one has pulled on it a lot but they havent come apart at all. Little hard to ensure it stays clean as bits get caught between the teat and plastic which can be hard to get out. Glow in the dark ones not worth it as they dont glow for long

I found AVENT to be the best soother as this is the only one my baby seemed to keep in her mouth and seemed to like/be comfortable with.
