Quite large bulky but absorbent - the night ones have two strips to secure in place better.

I had a trial pair of both night and day of these which I found to be very good. They have two sticky pads on so stay in place very well. I didn't buy any because they seemed very expensive compared to other products which do the same job.

I bought the electric breast pump and got a couple of night breast pads with it. Very absorbent and fit well; good with leaks and stayed stuck to my bra for as long as I wore it for.
