Effective generally but the fit is sometimes a little on the small side for the upper end of the weight range - which can cause leaks,,,,

I had quite a few leakage problems with pampers nappies and ended up returning a pack I had not opened not used since then expected better as they are quite expensive too

I thought pampers were the best to get but I found when my little one was small they were rubbish at preventing leaks and it appeared like the absorbency pad was not long enough. The line indicating wetness was a plus.
