Life saving nipple treatment! I cannot recommend this product enough. Heals, soothes and protects nipples from endless baby gnawing!! It is natural and can be left on whilst nursing. I experienced quite extreme discomfort when breastfeeding by baby for the first couple of months and I doubt I could have continued had I not found this product, it was so beneficial. I eventually had to stop using it because it worked too well! My nipples needed to toughen up to reduce further pain, but this balm was invaluable in the beginning. It is quite expensive, though worth every penny.
