I used the granules now and then, also for colic. They do work quite well, and I can recommend them, but as they were sugar based (from what I remember?) I preferred drops.

I opted for these powders over Ashton & Parsons because of the price difference, they settled my son for about an hour & it was an instant relief, but he prefers gels.
