very good and easy to used once you and your baby work out the best way work amazing for my oldest not as well for my youngest.

Eldest always took the granules like they were packets of sherbet and loved it - Youngest wasn't so keen. It can be tricky administering granules if baby isn't happy about the idea - a couple of times he breathed in as I was trying to get them in him and choked quite a lot. Once they were in his mouth and rubbed onto his gums he calmed down quickly so they seem to be effective pain relief.

Does what you need, far easier to use than a gel. Often have some good offers on this in the supermarket baby events so worth stocking up then. Cheaper than the Ashton's and parsons.
