I find the chamomile granules as the 1st step to pain management and I ideally use it when baby is feeling pain before her nap and sleep. I give her the granules with a bamboo spoon and she chews on it to dissolve the granules on her mouth. The granules get dissolved very quickly. If the pain is too much to bear , I then use dentinox. But using the homeopathic camomille granules is always my first natural step to manage baby's teething pains.

Really good and Boots have good deals on these too. My only issue is that compared to Astons, there is a lot of product on the small sachets but great to keep some in the car, changing bag etc in case of those teething moments.

Good for older children teething but not for babies as they are not used to the chewing sensation.

Found these granules to be most effective for teething purposes. Could see the granules dissolving into the affected area.
