Amazing monitor. Wouldn't be without it. Good quality with clear sound and picture. Bit pricey but worth it.

Cheap and terrible quality. Did not pick up our baby's crying, despite being right next to the cot! Would never consider this brand again.

I have the (Motorola) MBP18 model and to be honest I find it extremely rubbish. Although it enables me to monitor my baby while he's asleep it comes with a lot of issues. Firstly the sound it picks up is unbearable (at times) especially in the night. It's a constant loud white noise which even on the lowest volume setting doesn't help. Secondly the monitor (hand held part) itself has a very irritating function when taken off the mains connection. It has a sleep mode (that you can't turn off) which automatically switches off the screen after a few minutes meaning you have to constantly stop what you're doing and press the button again. (Which in my tired state is easily forgotten) The main issue, which is a major problem for me is the reception/signal. Now it says it reaches quite a distance but I assumed (when my husband bought it) that it would have no issues reaching downstairs. At first it was brilliant that it reached that far but then all of a sudden kept playing up and making beeping sounds. All of a sudden it would switch off and try to search for a signal. This is a major issue for me as my son is quiet the ninja when he wakes up. There have been more than a few occasions where my son has been off the screen by the time the monitor has re-found a signal and I've had to run upstairs in the hope he doesn't fall out of the bed. (I've had to co-sleep with him so he's padded with pillows all around him) it scares me that the one thing that is meant to help me ensure my son is safe doesn't work properly. I personally wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Even if like my husband you got it for a cheap price.

Terrible monitors, were the first ones we bought and had to take back twice as the sound kept cutting out which isnt very reassuring when they are supposed to help you not worry. wouldnt recommend at all
