Found that going into the store for a fitting really helpful. Discussing what you need with a member of staff is important and also to get properly fitted as your six changes

I personally found opting for bras which have some padding rather than just a fabric/ mesh bra provided much better support as well as there being slightly more absorbent for extra leaky days

cheap two pac bras great for bed as very soft. but does not offer great support.

The sleep bras are brilliant. I was disappointed as they didn't have any nursing bras in my size so I couldn't purchase from here.

Brought my first nursing bars from mothercare, you can get measure, which is really handy, I did think the bars were a little bit expensive to buy

the non padded none underwire comfort bra is my favourite. Easy clip drop down cup style, so comfortable, wish I had brought more as they now don't stock them and I can't find any like them anywhere
