Terrible customer service. Even this shop suppose to have everything for pregnancy/babies, but not always you can find things in store. Quality doesn't meet pricing, it is way too expensive for quality you get.

We went to buy a moses basket and they only had two in the shop. For such a basic item you would have thought it would be readily available. Most items are online and if you are shopping online there are places a lot cheaper than Mothercare.

Mothercare in Croydon needs to retrain their staff they was very unhelpful with helping to picking a car seat. They was more worried about what was going in the sale and what wasn't
