Excellent range of pregnancy and baby items but staff give conflicting advice on their products. Nothing is ever in stock in their stores and delivery service is extremely lacking. Customer service over the phone is actually not bad but would rather not have to constantly phone them with issues in the first place. Would like to add that their price plans are very useful as nursery furniture can be very expensive and you have the option to spread out costs.

I've only bought a couple of items from here. I got a baby change bag from here and it didn't last me very long. So was quite disappointed with the quality.

Maternity clothes expensive but have great sales. Staff v knowledgable about prams and car seats.

I always thought of Mothercare as an old fashioned shop, but I couldn't have been more wrong! They have a great range of maternity clothes, baby products, clothes and toys - amazing place! I bought my nursing bras, my hospital nightwear, new born clothes! We bought our formula making machine and tried out their large range of push chairs. Mothercare have everything you'll need for a baby - definitely worth a visit!

Sometimes very good offers but very limited stock in store and some things overpriced.
