Very cluttered and busy stores. I've bought some baby clothes and maternity clothes there. Maternity clothes (leggings, nighties, underwear) didn't wash very well, bobbled & misshaped. Good for baby items as they have a good variety of stock but when I went in there looking for a buggy I was completely ignored and had to drag down the buggy I wanted to look at myself- whilst trying to entertain a grumpy baby. Needless to say insider buy one from there.

Excellent service from instore staff, HO on the other hand were terrible. Purchased nursery furniture, paid for all goods, and then told item was not in stock and not available. Travelled approx 300 miles to store to get issue resolved and store staff got hold off item that HO kindly informed us that was not available.
