Good range online can be more expensive for same product than supermarkets, customer service and overall helpfulness dependant on which store visited

Customer service is often very poor. I had a bad experience with bra fitting with a very miserable and unenthusiastic member of staff. I was feeling bad before but felt terrible afterwards. Unorganized and sloppy online ordering process. Items out of stock are simply not delivered, refunds are given but you're not notified about this, just left you assume. Very poor service for a company supplying to the needs of one of the most emotionally charged and stressed out categories of consumer. You would think they would do better or try harder.

I bought my little boys Moses basket with stand from here, it came with the bedding and mattress which was bright and warm. The basket was light weight and my son loved it. It was reasonably priced and i would definitely recommend buying from here.
