Excellent customer service in stores, demonstrations on how to fit / wear baby equipment to ensure choices made are the right ones. Cost of equipment is average compared to many alternative suppliers. Clothing ranges are extensive and appealing. Costs of clothing ranges are marginally more than supermarket alternatives but average compared to many high street brands.

Poor service in getting maternity bras. Didn't have sizes available that I needed so was 'advised' to buy the next size available which was 3 cup sizes bigger. Awful. Lovely clothes sets but pretty expensive.

Brilliant for all things baby and small children the prices can be a bit steep at times but quality is worth paying extra for and it has lovely items

Lovely baby clothes and nice quality but pricey. Have good sales on. Very satisfied with buying car seats and fitting them in the car for me.

Lots of variety, slightly more expensive, everything you need but I always check elsewhere due to price. Sales are always good. Very knowledgeable staff.

I got a lot of stuff from here when pregnant. Mattresses, dummies, bathing seats etc. All very good quality but not much choice.

Lovely clothes, shop here often great variety. Also sell lots of other stuff and good maternity stuff although that is rather expensive.
