Mothercare Number 6 of 10 in Baby Shopping

Customer service is often very poor. I had a bad experience with bra fitting with a very miserable and unenthusiastic member of staff. I was feeling bad before but felt terrible afterwards. Unorganized and sloppy online ordering process. Items out of stock are simply not delivered, refunds are given but you're not notified about this, just left you assume. Very poor service for a company supplying to the needs of one of the most emotionally charged and stressed out categories of consumer. You would think they would do better or try harder.

Awful service everytime I've been. Got measured for a maternity bra then tried that size on and it wasn't even close. The lady said "just try a few" - well what was the point in being measured?! Ordering online to be delivered in store has never gone smoothly.

Not somewhere I often go. I find it overpriced for what you're getting and the range of products is not really to my liking. The only thing that I think is decent is the Little Bird range.
