I had to wear two of these on each breast as I had heavy flow and would leak if I didnt

These pads are big and absorbent but tend to crease up so they do not always provide a "smooth" coverage in the bra.

The price was alright compared to some of the other brands. It was quite adhesive so it stayed on the nipples well enough
