Have used a white mothercare crib when my daughter was newborn. Simple and effective design, easy to put together, and nice small size to fit next to the bed.

Sturdy cots, don't last much longer than 18m-2 yrs because they're too narrow if you've got a wriggly baby. I've had four children and it did three children without breaking. We had to take it apart and build it up again many times so it got worn out. Definitely solid though, and tough.
