Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

Clears up nappy rash in a day or two - even the really bad blistering rashes. I only use this when my babies have red skin or a rash. You need so little of this to be effective that it is really good value for money. I recommend this to all my mummy friends

The best nappy cream I have used, it cleared up the rash within a few days. Don't let it touch white clothing though

I was reccomended Metanium through my midwife and I have to say it's the best nappy cream/ ointment I have come across! It's so fast and effective, and cleared up my daughters nappy rash within 48hrs.

Great at preventative nappy rash. I used it when my angels bum is slightly red and it normally rectifies it that day. Not very impressed when it's hit the worse stage but works wonders before then.

Only to be used when nappy rash already in place. This is the best thing to get rid of it quickly. Very thick, sticky and it can mark clothes so be careful but the only thing I have found to really treat nappy rash fast.
