Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

This cream is amazing! Works wonders on a nappy rash. I'd use sudocrem on my son for everyday use but if that didn't do the trick when he was teething this would clear up the rash within a day of using it. Worth every penny, although not expensive at all.

I have used both Metanium everyday and Metanium for nappy rash. Very satisfied, especially with the last one, it made my baby's rash disappear fairly quickly! tube and cap are not very practical tho.
