Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

Only to be used when nappy rash already in place. This is the best thing to get rid of it quickly. Very thick, sticky and it can mark clothes so be careful but the only thing I have found to really treat nappy rash fast.

Found this as was told that this would help with a flare up of nappy rash, to be honest bepanthen was just as good and better smelling for me.

Awful! My son had a bout of really bad nappy rash when he was just a few weeks old. The midwife suggested this but we hated it. It was a thick, bright yellow cream to apply which stained babies bottom & was awful to get off, despite several bottom washes & baths. It didn't work & smelled awful. We swapped to Sudocrem & it cleared up his nappy rash virtually within a few days.

Is amazing I use this with Vaseline. The metanium treats the nappy rash and the Vaseline creates a barrier.

I feel this is the best nappy cream. It's quite thick but spreads on easily and gives very good coverage which always helps heal any nappy rash my daughter has.

This cream was recommended my my babys doctor and made my daughters nappy rash worse, could see where I applied the cream as it went very red and sore took longer to clear once I went back to original nappy cream we used
