Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

A little bit goes a long way. You need the tiniest amount, so this is definitely the best value for money cream available. Clears up nappy rash very quickly

I turned to Metanium after a recommendation from a friend. When my daughter has nappy rash, it gives good coverage and stays on the skin to protect. It works wonders overnight and the rash is practically gone in the morning! I now have a tube everywhere, just in case!

This is one of the best products I have bought as a new mum. My little boy has never had nappy rash and I put that down to this cream. Whenever I spot a patch of redness on his bottom I pop some Metanium on and it clears up within a few hours. A little bit also goes a long way so it is excellent value for money.
