Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

The yellow metanium is by far the best bayyo cream I have found when baby is sore. Stains clothes but absolutely worth it for how effective it is.

Not keen on the consistency of this cream. I feel like it is too runny to be effective as it doesn't leave a generous layer to protect the skin

My fav of them all you need the tiniest amount and the tubes lasts for ages!! Heals the sorest of bums fast. I'm a chef and it even soothes my burns better than burn spray' excellent value for money
