Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

This is a fantastic nappy cream, we used it when another brand was drying out my daughter's skin a little too much. Such a small amount goes a very long way and it clears any nappy issues in just a few applications.

Feels odd and does not tackle nappy rash - effective for prevention though

I use metanium on my baby every day its the only cream that helps with her creases highly recommended

Despite the colour of the cream and it's ability to stain clothing. It got rid of the nappy rash with only a few applications.
