Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

Excellent. You only need a little bit which you put onto the nappy rash and it clears it up extremely quickly. You may only need to use it once or twice at most to totally clear up any redness on your babies bum. No need to be constantly putting on cream unnecessarily. Just use a little bit of metanium at the first sign of any redness and it will have cleared up by the time you next change your little ones nappy. The best and most effective product I've used on my baby.

Loved this cream. Easy application, can be a little bit messy and the cream can get everywhere with a wiggly baby. Excellent for the first signs of red skin, cleared up within one day any irritation. Nice light smell.
