Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

Fantastic product. Only one I will use for my daughter now. The yellow one is brilliant if she gets a little red and clears it up within 24hours. I also use the purple one as a barrier if she's teething/unwell to prevent redness as much as possible. Definitely recommend.

Used this as soon as my newborn first developed a nappy rash. It didn't get rid of the rash and I used it for about 3 weeks continuously. My baby was prescribed something different (zinc oxide) which finally got rid of the rash. Now I use the prescribed stuff as a barrier and as soon as she gets a rash I use metanium and that works great, metanium clears it up straightaway. I think not using it all the time but as a treatment made it effective.

The yellow treatment cream is a must have! It gets rid of bad nappy rash in no time at all 100% the best for a treatment cream!

Brilliant so thick and easy to apply. The cream is literally magic it eliminates redness and soreness straight away.

Very impressed with both the daily everyday cream and the yellow cream for rash. The yellow cream cleared his rash up and the daily cream is clear and gentle. My only Critism is that I would prefer the yellow cream to be a different colour as I cannot always distinguish between that and his poo.

I used the Metanium everyday barrier ointment for my twins after most nappy changes neither have had any nappy rash or sore bums, a small amount gives great coverage and it it has helped keep my babies bottoms nappy rash free. It also goes on offer quite a lot in Tesco great value for money!!

My sister recommended thus grand of nappy cream and I use both the barrier cream and also the yellow ointment if my son does ever get any redness. Works well and I wouldn't consider switching to any other brand. You only need a tiny amount so a tube lasts a long time.
