Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

Absolutely brilliant. Use both the yellow ointment and metaniun everyday and both keep babys bottom well protected and free of any rashes

Got given some Metanium cream at the hospital by the staff and it cleared up the soreness within one use, it's fantastic. It is the colour of baby poo though so it can get a little confusing when cleaning them up!

Is the brand that i trust, very good for baby skin, give effects very quickly. My both sons are happy, make skin smooth,redness go in couple of min. And I been using for myself too when i got burned and I couldn't believe how much helped me. Perfect product.
