Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

This Is The Best ! You only need the smallest amount of cream, so it lasts ages ! And it clears up rashes in no time at all

This cream is excellent for when your baby has got nappy rash. It clears up within a day or two of using at every change even if the rash is bad. It's a very waterproof cream (you have to wipe it off your fingers, it won't wash off!) so it's great for leaving on to protect when swimming too. It's hard to only put a small amount on though because of the tube design and it can stain clothing.

My baby suffered from a really sore bum right from when she was born which worsened & was so sore by her second week. I had been using nothing but warm water on cotton wool & sudocreme but it just got worse. As soon as I used the Metanium ointment cream & barrier spray the soreness & redness went down instantly. Works like magic.

When my son was born we had to use cotton wool and water because of the rash he got from wet wipes. This cleared the rash in 48hours. This is definitely a MUST have.
