Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

Do like this cream it's consistency is quite messy and leaves a bit of a mess however it does work well on sore bottoms

Find this works a treat when there is obvious signs of nappy rash (redness and spots). I generally use Sudocrem daily and Metanium when there are flare ups. I am not keen on the yellow colour... as it is the same colour as baby's poop, would prefer this in a different colour.
