Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

This cream is like magic! I use it only when needed and if my baby has a sore bum, I can guarantee it has cleared up by the next day after 1 or 2 applications. It dries out the nappy rash. It does have a chemically smell but it really works.

We started using this because our son had a very sore bum and it cleared so quickly. He's now 2 and we've only recently stopped using it.

This is the best nappy cream by far that I have used on my baby who has very sensitive skin and is prone to rashes I used Sudocrem at every nappy change and it wouldn’t stop my little one getting a nasty rash as for this cream works wonder and you see a different after the first use I highly recommend this cream

I would not be without Metanium. It's outstanding at stopping nappy rash. I use the nappy rash cream when needed, which is rare thanks to Metanium and the daily cream keeps my son's skin in lovely condition. I would NOT use anything else.

Excellent nappy rash cream. My son suffers with really bad nappy rash and this never fails to not only calm it down but get rid of it completely. The best nappy cream around! You only need a pea sized amount, a little goes a very long way
