Really good absorbant and back stays sticky what's the best quality but expensive so not as good value for money. Discreetly wrapped.

Medela breast pads are okay, I found that they wasn't very 'discreet' as once leaked they expanded a substantial amount. They are great on price and how much you get. I think with these you really do get what you pay for.
