Medela breast pads are okay, I found that they wasn't very 'discreet' as once leaked they expanded a substantial amount. They are great on price and how much you get. I think with these you really do get what you pay for.

These were the first breast pads I ever used and remain one of my favourites- however, now that I am on my third child, I look for more economical options.
