Specialise in breast pumping so the products are effective and well designed. Range of different flange sizes available to help you get a comfortable fit. Valves do need replacing if used a lot but they aren't too expensive.

The Medela Swing was recommended to me by the midwives in hospital and I have found it to be great. It's more expensive than some of the other more commercial brands but I found it easy to operate and the pumping action was effective. It's also possible to buy spare parts which means if anything needs replacing, it's easy to do. A great purchase and I would definitely recommend it.

I used the Medela Swing pump, which is a very good, efficient pump that is easy to use. It gets out a lot of milk, probably because of the stimulation phase at the start of the pumping. I liked that you can skip this phase if you want to and can change the strength of the pump easily, mid-session. It's not as quiet as I expected but I've not used other pumps so don't know if it's quiet in comparison to other electric pumps. Expensive but very effeicient.

I bought a manual Medela breast pump, however, I found it hard work and a pain to use, so I didn't get much use out of it. Think an electric pump would have been much better

I used both mini electric, electric and hospital/industrial electric. None of breast pumps were excellent in my mind but it was due my lactation problems (ECS). Mini electric was very noisy and the most I could get was 10ml only. Electric one was good but took long to get a bottle of milk (but i think it was due low milk supply) the best one was in hospital, I was using that for 7 days frequently and thanks to that I could breastfeed after complicated ECS where I lost 3 liters of blood and had no fluid in body to produce milk. I had also manual but used it just twice. It was ok.

Highly recommended manual breast pump. Although the bottle is small for those with lots of milk production

Electric pump works well for occasional use. It's quite expensive but was reliable, and the battery function was useful too.
