We have the maxi-cosi cabriolet infant carrier car seat. We love how snug and cosy this seat is for a new born. The various inserts that can be removed as your baby grows are so helpful, to cater for every stage of growth. We found this was a popular car seat to be able to get adapters or to just fit on a variety of prams which was very useful to have this flexibility for choosing the right pram.

AxissFix doesn't recline enough so my baby's head falls forward when he's sleeping

Bought the swivel seat (for children 9 months - 4 years), which is a must! However, did not come with washable cover so had to buy a separate cover, for an already expensive seat.

Good quality car seats but they are expensive in comparison to other brands. Lots of companies are using the cost in making the customers feel like they are getting a safer product.

We have the 2 way fix base, first with the pebble and now with the pearl. To be honest, I wish we had never invested in maxi-cosi as i don't see thar it is any better than joie. All I size car seats are tested to the same safety standards so can't be any better than one another. Maxi-cosi is so so expensive and really not worth it in my opinion. We have bought an additional joie car seat and base for my husband's car, for a fraction of the price, and it is just as good.

Currently using seems good so far not the lightest but not the heaviest either. Can be used to isofix for convience and can be used on pushchairs if wanted to. Although it is good I think price is crazy for a baby seat but I guess that's just the way things are with baby products now
