We have the maxi-cosi cabriolet infant carrier car seat. We love how snug and cosy this seat is for a new born. The various inserts that can be removed as your baby grows are so helpful, to cater for every stage of growth. We found this was a popular car seat to be able to get adapters or to just fit on a variety of prams which was very useful to have this flexibility for choosing the right pram.

Good price and good fit but there are much better brands which have better safety ratings.

We had the maxi cosi pebble when dd1 was born. It was excellent with the family fix base in one car and using the seatbelt in the other. We now have the pearl to fit on the base and the Axis for the other car. The Axis is fantastic, so easy to get dd1 out of as it rotates. So far we have only had a sickly baby in the pearl but the cover comes off and is washable. The seat itself is hard to clean, hosed it through and fabreezed it, took a week to lose the smell but I'm sure they'll all have that issue. I highly recommend the maxi cosi seats.

Have the pebble model and very happy with it. Very sturdy and safe for my baby. Can be used as part of a travel system on many types of prams

Pebble has been fantastic and isofix makes life so simple and offers reassurance our daughter is safe. Just shame that axiss-fix doesn't fit our car so we can keep her rear facing for longer so have had to go for regular axiss model instead unfortunately.

Maxi cos brand is my absolute favourite with my lat child, reasonable priced with add on such as a car seat base and buggy making travelling with a new born very easy.
